Purchasing Instructions

Please send us an email with your name and address, along with the item number(s) and quantity that you are interested in purchasing. A final inspection will be made and you will be notified of your total.

Shipping Information

Domestic United States shipping is free. Most items are shipped via USPS Priority or 1st Class Mail.
International shipping costs are based on weight and location, and are shipped via Global Priority or Air Mail (no surface).
Customs forms are filled out accurately.

Payment

We accept money orders in US funds and all major credit cards and eChecks through PayPal.com. PayPal is a secure and encrypted payment provider and your information is protected by PayPal's SSL technology.

Ohio residents are subject to applicable sales tax. (You may send payment for the non-taxed amount to reserve the item, but it will be refunded in its entirety, and a new invoice will be sent including the tax for final payment.)

Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, it may be returned (unaltered) for a full refund. Return shipping is not refundable. The item must be shipped with Delivery Confirmation within 5 days of its receipt.
